(1) 如何準備PMP讓自己順利考上? How did you prepare for the PMP?  

• Study method: I try to study about 1 to 1.5 hr after work to keep the information fresh; covering one chapter each time. I went over the class notes and do the Rita question from the back of the textbook. Doing the Rita fast track helps you to get a feeling of the 4 hour exam. However the question style isn’t like the actual exam. I highly recommend the 200 question on the PMI website. 
• During examination: Make sure you eat something before the exam. It’s a long exam; go get plenty of sleep before.   Take your time. Don’t expect you can go over all the questions again. You will be either too tired or too stressed out to go over all the questions again. Just go over the marked questions

(2) PMP現在或未來如何對自己有所幫助? How PMP is helping or going to help you?

• PMP has helped me when managing my project. It helped me on managing my team and reaching out to the appropriate source for support.
• The PMP process its great guideline on planning a project properly, prevented a lot of unnecessary headaches.
• As a result of obtaining my PMP certificate, I was put in charge of major accounts that deal with major customer worldwide.
